• yes. As long as you pair it with the usb receiver that comes with the logitech accessories. I receiver will work for several of their items

• Not sure if I have the Mk320 or not, but I have a wireless Logitech keyboard (purchased at Best Buy) and it has been totally seamless. Hope this helps.
