• If the usb adapater connects both than yes your keyboard should still work. At least from my experience with most keyboard mouse combos

• I'm going to be honest but I see no reason for it not to work . Pretty much plug and go Should work for you

• Hello, the mouse and keyboard do not communicate to each other. The mouse communicates to the USB dongle. The MK850 combo has an option for Bluetooth or Unifying USB dongle. So you can either get a Bluetooth mouse or one that is compatible with the Unifying USB. The M310 is not compatible with the Unifying USB.
