The green light doesn't stay on, it does that to conserve battery power. When you've downloaded the software, you can program one of the buttons to show the battery level. Also, anytime it's been sitting long enough to go to sleep it will show the battery level when you wake it up. Of course like you said when you turn it off and turn it back on the light turns on to show you the battery level and then turns itself back off. The battery indicator ALSO works when you unplug it from the cord while it's on. I hope I'm clear enough to be understood in my answer :) Have fun!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The green light should come on when you move the mouse slightly... That tells you the battery is good. Then it should go off. When the light comes on red, you know it is time to replace the battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine stays green. The manual says the light will turn red or not glow at all if the battery needs to be replaced. So there isn't any information that a blinking green light means anything specific, which also suggests it's not normal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Goes off in a few seconds. My mouse is a few years old, but the green light shows that it is connected and cursor responding. Green light goes off so battery isn't drained as quickly.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It looks like it goes out after turning it on. It should hold a solid red light when the battery needs to be replaced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's only on momentarily, ie it is not constantly on. Additionally, after a period of inactivity, the mouse will go into standy mode. When it detects activity/movement, the green light will come on for a few seconds to show that it's on/active and then go out.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the light will go off after a few seconds working normal
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine stays on all the time, dont know which is correct, but it works ok.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Rest assured that your mouse is not defective, they all do that. The green light just simply let's you know that your batteries are still charged and it also let's you know that it is connected to the Unifying Receiver.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try new batteries first but it should stay on until you turn it off for the most part. At the very least up to 5 minutes without having to move it. If a new battery doesn't change it then I would return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
