You can't pair a non-unifying device to the unifying receiver. If you lost the original dongle you're screwed.

You will need to download the Logitech Unifying Software to have your receiver detect the existing keyboard.

Yes, the MK710 mouse and keyboard combo also uses the Logitech Unifying USB receiver. Up to 6 devices can be connected to one Unifying receiver. Please visit the Logitech support website to download the “Unifying” software, and I also recommend downloading the “Firmware Update Tool” to ensure your receiver has the latest updates. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” page for the M325. These downloads are available in the “downloads” tab.
