• I would assume not, considering both should have came with their own connector (maybe it's possible if you're techy enough to know how to change their frequencies or whatever it is that connects them - I haven't heard of that being a thing) .... I'd recommend buying a mouse/keyboard duo that come with one connector...

• Yes, as long as the receiver it uses has the orange icon on it for “unifying” receiver then you can download the logitech unifying software to pair it

• I would recommend that you just send an email to Logitech to ask that question whether both wireless devices can be used with the same wireless plug-in.
