• You can with the scroll wheel between the Left and Right buttons, however, you may need to make a selection on a webpage or program for it to work, e.g. within the google chrome browser you have to hold down the CTRL key and on google maps you need to click on the map and then you can scroll in/ out using the scroll wheel.

• yes using the Logitech software you can modify the buttons to do zoom in/out

• I zoom in all the time by pressing the keyboard control key and scrolling the mouse wheel. It works fine.

• Don't think so, but you can right and left click as well as scroll up, down, right, and left. There is also a back (previous screen) and forward button. It has an on/off switch to conserve battery power.
