• if you have an available usb port. i use the usb port on the front of the case for mine. so yes it will be input for your computer

• You will need to use the USB dongle that is provided with the mouse, the Microsoft 7000 USB dongle will not recognise the mouse.

• No. The M510 'talks' directly to your PC via a small reciever unit that plugs into a USB port. A receiver comes with the mouse.
