• No dongle needed .. i use this mouse .. Bluetooth. Mouse works great.

• Yes, this is a bluetooth mouse. Does not require USB unless your computer does not support bluetooth in which case you need a bluetooth adapter. I have two of these mice and they work fine on my MacBook Pro, Mac Pro and PC Laptop (with built-in bluetooth).
