I have a 7 Plus and a MacBook. No. iPhones and iPads were not designed to work with an external mouse. Because of the touch screen, a mouse isn't particularly practical with tablets and smartphones. iOS game platforms aren't designed for them either.

No iPhone doesn't allow mouses to connect. That is part of garbage Apple iOS coding. It will work on an Adroid phone.

No, this does not work with iPhone 7s.
