Yes. It is actually a unifying receiver so if you have two wireless products (i.e., mouse and keyboard) you only need to sync one and thus eliminates the need for two receivers.

Yes. It has the receiver stored inside the battery compartment. Open the battery door, remove the receiver, plug into a USB port and go to work.

Yes, it comes with the wireless receiver that plugs into a USB port. I have had 2 on different computers, they don't interfere with each other.
