• Have you tried clicking on the spreadsheet first so it knows your on that?

• that is very odd, click inside the spreadsheet on the right hand side with the scroll bar and that should fix the issue, if not try a can of airduster and clean out the housing around the scroll wheel

• I dont seem to have the problem with mine. Be a little less vigorous with your thumb. There is also likely a method to turn down the trackball sensitivity in the driver software. Thanks.
