Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes, when PC resource use gets high - usually from browser using FB, mine freezes because something stepped on the memory it was using. I just pick it up, turn it off, turn it back on, and everything is fine. Then, I usually close Firefox and restart it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried other wireless devices in the USB port this is connected to? If those are working, and showing up in your device manger, the it would seem that the port is ok. I would however try a different port and see if that fixes the problem.
