• Hello Paul, What you'd think is the length is actually the height, which is 4.53". The only mice that would be bigger in height/length are the MX Master 3 (4.93"), M510 (4.72"), and M650L (4.65"). • I'm 6'4" w/fairly good size hands & I use mine Left handed, I've no problems w/it at all. It really works good for me. Hope this helps! zedd
