Does this keyboard work with the Surface Pro? null

Yes. Worked fine with my Surface Pro. Without a docking station, the USB will occupy one of the few available ports on the machine.

If your Surface Pro has available USB port then yes, the MK270 uses a USB dongle for connectivity.
