• No, not via bluetooth; this is a proprietary USB wireless device; If you have some way to pulu a standard usb plug into it (like a OTA usb port on the Galaxy tab, thiat might work. I recommend getting a usb keyboard and mouse instead of this one.

• Only if you have USB OTG on your Galaxy. This is not a bluetooth keyboard.
