“How do I stop the mouse from opening items/clicking thing on/off when the arrow is simply hovered over an item? For example, if mouse is hovered over camera or sound, it will automatically turn those things on/off”

Check your mouse settings in the computer settings

That would be on the setting of the mouse, go to your settings to avoid automatically click
