Keyboard and mouse are pre-assigned to the USB Dongle and can only be install on one computer at a time. When done using in one PC, then you can remove the receiver and install it on another computer and continue using it.

Sure, but only one-at-a-time. You need to move the USB key to each PC you want to use it on.

I am not real sure what you are asking. If you plug the USB receiver, it will work on any computer that you want to use it on.
