• I don't know but I like the MK270 with raised keys, and the ability to increase the slant with the two feet at top of keyboard.

• Hello, the MK540 has a different mouse that comes with the combo set. The included keyboard on the MK540 also has built in wrist support on the bottom. The MK540 is a larger keyboard and mouse combo.
