Very simple actually.. The CAPS LOCK key is located on the left side of the keyboard left side of the "A" key. If you want to HAVE ALL CAPS ALL THE TIME; without holding the 'SHIFT' key... just press the "CAPS LOCK' key and all letters will be caps... press again to turn this funtion off... The 'NUM LOCK' key is located on the right side of the keyboard on the Numpad ( looks like the buttons on a phone). NUM LOCK is located on the Keypad on the top left above the number 7.. just press to activate the Numpad keys and press again to turnoff.

It will then show on your screen when the Caps Lock, Number Lock and Scroll Lock is depressed and the status. Otherwise, they work as they should without indicating the status when you press any of those keys.
