• It has worked well with my smart TV's, so I don't see any reason it would have problems with a Sharp model.

• No Im afraid it wont. Any hardware you attach normally to a pc requires drivers to run. Sharp TV has a browser and a few other similarities to a pc, but lacks a true operating system like Windows.

• It's pretty cheap and Best Buy has a good return policy if it doesn't work.
