If it's just a TV, then no. If it's a smart TV, and you can plug a regular USB keyboard or mouse into it, and that works, then this should, as well.

I'd stick to computers although you could try. The compatibility listed at the Logitech site is only for Windows variants.

While I can not answer your specific question regarding your TV I can tell you that I have used other Logitech Wireless devices with Western Digital Media Extenders without issue. I believe if your TV has support for keyboards and allows for USB Keyboards then you should give it a try. I can tell you also that if it doesn't work on the TV the mk320 is a very good keyboard/mouse combination for any PC or MAC especially if your currently using wired devices.
