• Most tablets are specific to Bluetooth instead of WiFi keyboards, so more than likely not.

• Will not work with Samsung tab 4, but the Tab 4 does have built in Bluetooth, look for the Bluetooth version and it will work. I have a Tab S and I have a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse and they work great.

• I use it with a Samsung Galaxy 4, a Samsung Note 4 and an LG tablet. However I do not know about the Sumsung tab 4.
