• Just plug and play as far as I know. I don't think I had to load any software or anything.

• There is a 2 or 3 step process, but very easy to follow. No app to install but there are drivers.

• Just plug and play. It will take a few seconds for your device to pick it up, like any other added accessory, but that's about it.

• No app required. It is totally plug and play. I'm using it on a 32" Samsung tv for the Web browser.
