Yes it will work. The windows button will be the command option and everything else will be the same as an apple

Yes, the MK320 will technically work with a MacBook Air. It does require a USB port to plug the receiver into and the keyboard is laid out for Windows. You will most likely have to reprogram the Windows and Control keys in the settings of your MacBook.
