• I actually signed on to computer from another room with this keyboard. About 15 feet away.

• I currently use it at about 12 feet, but I would bet it should work well beyond that.

• I am not sure the exact range of keyboard but it seems to slow down when I get about 5 feet from the censor. It doesn't seem to have a very large range.
