“How do you download Logitech unifying software if your keyboard is not connecting????”

• The combo set that I purchased from Best Buy indicated that it was a Unifying set, however, it was not.

• This device does not support Unifying. But the software can be downloaded from logitech. But it will not work with this device. Thanks
