Yes, it works perfectly with a Mac Mini. IT's plug and play. Even the custom buttons such as audio controls work perfectly. No additional setup or mapping of keys required. I've been using it for 2 months now on a Mac Mini.

Possibly old news. May depend on the Mac OS!!! Look out for Catalina's 64 bit limitation.

As long as Mac Mini has USB port to host this keyboard-mouse USB connector, it should work
