• We have 2 wireless mouse & keyboard in the same room and it doesn't seem to effect either of them.

• No interference. I had a second mouse also working on the same laptop (obviously both were in the same room). Never had a problem, except when my sister and I would both go to use our respective mouses at the same time. That would only confuse the computer, but not the airwaves.
