“I can't seem to be able to use the print screen button. Any tips? I did change the setting in settings/keyboard to turn the print screen on. I restarted the computer and it still does not work.”

• I had to hold down the FN key and press the Print Scr button to get print screen to work.

• Depress the FN key (next to the right Ctrl key) and the print screen button works fine.
