Once you connect the wireless USB it will connect automatically by Bluetooth.

Hello, Cliff! The MK470 comes with a USB receiver in the box. If it is not in the box then it should either be in a compartment in the bottom of the keyboard or the top of the mouse. If you still can't locate the USB receiver, please reach out to our support team here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000621393 to file a warranty claim. After locating the receiver, plug it into your computer and turn on the keyboard and mouse. You should be good to go after that! - Maggie from Logitech
