• Hello luyu! If you've connected the USB Receiver included with your MK470 Full-size Wireless Scissor Keyboard and Mouse Bundle with Plug and Play to your PC (not to a USB Hub, but directly to one of the ports on your PC), and made sure there are some batteries inside the keyboard and mouse, you should be good to go. If you still can't get the keyboard to be detected by your PC, I would try a different USB port on your PC just in case, and if that still doesn't work, I would try and get your bundle exchanged for another one if you're still under warranty. - Mathieu from Logitech
