• Hello. The MK470 or MK540 are both USB wireless keyboard/mouse combos. They will not connect via Bluetooth. You will need a Bluetooth combo or a USB-C to USB-A adapter to plug in the receiver.

• I was able to use on my Mac mini I found that you can’t have a lot of distance between the devices . Maybe try to reinstall
