“Just purchased Mk530 advanced keyboards & mouse. Mouse is model M510. Keyboard is K520. Worked with Teck support from Logitech and still can't get keyboard to type. We installed it uninstalled it and reinstalled and still not working. Any suggestions.”

Had an employee that had the same issue. When she pulled the paper from the batteries on the back a piece was left behind. Popped the batteries out and replaced them and she was good to go.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.there's a on/off switch. Also, when first unpacked, the battery is not connected. You have to remove the paper tab so that the battery is actually in use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When using a wireless mouse or keyboard, do not plug the receiver into a USB 3.0 - it just simply does not work or will not work correctly. If it does work, you will have a lot of hesitation when using the mouse. Plug it into an available USB 2.0 port and it should work fine. - As a note - a USB 3.0 port is colored Blue.
