• it has a tab on each side that swing out to raise the back up about a inch

• I use it raised from the back, so it works either way.

• yes the keyboard can be raised from tabs on the bottom.

• there are 2 little tabs in the back that raises the keyboard. but I would try the keyboard first before buying. For me I felt like the keyboard was horrible touch / feel to it. Kept making typos because of it. I used it for about 1 hour and decided to bring it back because I couldn't stand it (plus the mouse was not fully functional either).

• There are small (breakable!) feet on the bottom to raise it up.
