If it is running Windows 7 or higher it should work just fine

It'll work just fine... couple days ago I got the MK530 set for a tower build. -- Connected it to a Jurassic(10+ years old) Dell laptop -- already have a Unifying receiver plugged in running a K360 Keyboard + M310 mouse combo. - Also have the Unifying software installed... http://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/unifying. Had a total of FIVE devices running all at once with no hiccups on XP Pro (with all updates) 2x M310 mice, 1x M510 mouse, 1x K360 + 1x K520 keyboards all running off a single Unifying receiver.
