Buy (for only a dollar or two on any of the larger web-store sites) the tablet accessory OTG (OnTheGo) tip adapter...or the couple-of-inches-long flexible "pigtail" version. Or grab one from the box a tablet or cell came in.

Not sure what you mean by this but I assume you meant dongle? But this should fit into any standard USB A port.

Sure your not trying to put it in the hdmi port on computer. I'd check that
