Bern , I believe that's actually correct I don't have mine with me at this time but I have seen this in the past , when Logitech sells this keyboard without the mouse it sells as a K520, the mouse sells as a another number (I cannot remember which, M510 I think). Nothing is wrong that's just how Logitech numbers them, MK530 is a set of a K520 keyboard and a mouse. The cheaper MK520 set at at discount stores the mouse has no side buttons (M310 mouse) , the Mk530 (this set) the mouse has side buttons (M510 mouse I think), but the keyboard in both sets is the same and is numbered a K520.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.K520 is the keyboard. MK530 is the combo of that keyboard with the optical mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. mine is the same, not sure why, but both work fine for me so I didn't bother to complant
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. My keyboard is marked the same but when it is sold with the mouse, the model number for the pair is MK350.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One has to find MK520 documentation and the Mouse model MK510 documentation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had the MK520 for several years (purchased January 16, 2012) to use with a since fried laptop. The MK520 has the K520 keyboard and the M310 mouse. Of course that box doesn't list Windows 10 but I am using it to type this on a new Windows 10 desktop. That is the reason I am looking at this article, to see if it works properly with Windows 10 or if I should get a new MK530, plus what the difference between the two combos is. So far it works fine but I just plugged in the unifying receiver to try it out. It appears that I just saved $35 - $40 since I don't need the side buttons on the M510.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.M530 is the set name. Included in the set is the K520 keyboard and the M510 mouse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may be that the mouse and keyboard in combination are catergorized as MK530. My keyboard is tagged as K520 and my mouse is M510.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue but it doesn't matter to me because it works fine. I like how it works, and it has the CapsLock light indicator in the CapsLock Key, that was what I needed. I didn't contact customer support or anything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes
