1. Check batteries to make sure fresh and correctly installed.
2. Turn keyboard on/off.
3. Reboot PC.
4. If none of above work, return keyboard.

You need to turn the keyboard on. It's on the back.

Same thing happened to me, don't forget to turn it on. Switch is in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard.

1. Double-check the keyboard battery and power switch (above the number pad).
2. Is there anything possibly blocking the wireless signal between the keyboard and USB fob?

If everything is in order but still not working, return it to the store before your 15-day return policy expires. Good luck.

also, call Logitech customer service! in my experience, they're the best!
