1. Check batteries to make sure fresh and correctly installed. 2. Turn keyboard on/off. 3. Reboot PC. 4. If none of above work, return keyboard.

Is there anything possibly blocking the wireless signal between the keyboard and USB fob? If everything is in order but still not working, return it to the store before your 15-day return policy expires. Good luck.
