You need to make sure the receiver doesn't have anything interfering with it. If you're using it on a desktop, plug the receiver into a front USB port instead of the back. On a laptop, make sure there aren't other cables around it. If you have a single USB port anywhere, plug it in there rather than next to other devices.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been discovering that my keyboard and mouse problems have been caused by the lack of or improper drivers. Try finding the appropriate driver at the manufacturer's site, it may help you with your problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The USB plug "Chicklet" needs a few inches extender, to get out from behind the chassis blocking the signal....or the battery is used up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is probably too much interference where the receiver is placed in your specific environment. Try placing it closer to the mouse and keyboard. Maybe with an USB extension cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, i had some problems with that, i just moved the connector to a closer location to where im using the keyboard and mouse. After putting the adapter on the new location, problems with signal loss stopped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The answer to this is definitively plugging the receiver into a USB 3.0 (BLUE colored) port. If your machine only has blue colored USB ports, you need to buy a 6 inch USB extension cord and plug the unifying receiver into that to keep it physically away from your computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. In my experience it's been due to the batteries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check your proximity to the USB fob. If it's too far away or if there are other items in between or nearby (like cell phones, computer speakers, etc.) they may interfere with the signal. Move stuff around and see what happens.
