Click for the "Mouse" icon and check the box that labeled "Switch primary and secondary buttons". You can get there in Windows 10 with "start -> settings -> Mouse & touchpad -> Additional mouse options". If installed, you can also do it in the "Logitech Options" application by checking the box labeled "Swap left/right buttons".

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to Mouse Settings on your PC. Under "Select your primary button", a selection box is present. It contains (now) "Left". Click with the left mouse button on the "down arrow" and select "Right". Thereafter, you primary selections (including to this setting) will be accomplished with the right mouse button. The right mouse button is traditionally use by left-handers, and the left mouse button by right-handers. This setting will persevere for all mice connected or built in (e.g., as part of a laptop mouse pad).
