Yes, you can absolutely use these two items in any PC configuration. The keyboard is very nice, sturdy and the keys feel great with a strong feel to them. The angle that the keyboard rests at when the "feet" located on the bottom of the unit are extended is perfect for me to type at. I would rate the keyboard at a 4.9 easily. As for the mouse it does work very well and is well built but is a bit light for my taste, It still would receive a rating of 4.6 as it would be unfair for me to lower it's rating beyond that. I say, BUY IT and you will have no regrets!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We are using it with a regular desktop PC and it works perfectly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you have an available USB port to connect the wireless dongle, then you could use this on a PC as well as laptop (which is where I use it).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Can be used for either type of computer. I tried it on laptop before using it at work to replace inferior/old keyboards that were hard for me to type on with a right wrist injury. Was in a brace/cast when I bought it and first used it. I did not try it with the TV.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Works great with PC. In fact, I am sure that it was designed to be used with a PC, If you try to use it with your TV, the keyboard must be within range of the computer plugin.
