Yes with some requirements. It has to be a Logitech mouse and that mouse has to be compatible with Logitech's Unifying receiver which is usually most of their devices above the lowest end. A Google search for "Unifying software download" will take you to the software download page. For example, I am using this keyboard with my Logitech M570 trackball after I connected the trackball to the included receiver using that Unifying software application.

If your mouse is a Logitech one that also uses the Unifying Receiver, than you can most certainly use it together with the MK540's keyboard.
