• I think so, I looked at both and decided to go for the 540

• 540 specifies window10 and older OS compatibility and keyboard and mouse have power switch which I like. There's nothing fancy, keys feel nice. However, I've only used it for 1 day so far. Personally I dont think these keyboards and mice are worth the price. The only reason I bought it cuz it was 1/2 off with a Samsung monitor I bought. Hopefully it helps
