• The same here, we attempted a few fixes. But, it's like it goes to sleep.

• Hello BT! The Battery indicator on the MK540 Advanced Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Bundle will turn on when you switch the power switch to ON, and then fade away to preserve battery. You can always check the status of the battery by clicking the battery check key at the top right of the keyboard. A green light means the battery is good, while a red light mean the battery is critical and should be replaced. I'd suggest also downloading the free Logitech Options software here https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024850313--Downloads-MK540-ADVANCED-Wireless-Keyboard-and-Mouse-Combo so you can check for possible updates or customization options if needed.
