I bought the KB as a gift for a family member. I asked them if they've had any problems, and they replied that the KB has been performing normally.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I first installed the MK540, I had a very similar problem. I had to hit keys multiple times to get a letters to appear. Apparently there is an issue with placement of the USB unifying receiver. I moved it to a USB slot closer to the keyboard and this resolved the problem.
