Unless you are typing only keys way up to the top of the keyboard can I see all the extra formed plastic known as a rest be any use as a 'rest'. I would like to see Logitech make this same keys on this keyboard full size without that rest. null

Logitech gave a suggestion and I would like to add: Thank you but, the K780 is not a full-size keyboard and the K740 cannot be found/sold in US/Logitech US only Logitech UK.

You’re right — the MK540 includes a built-in palm rest, which some users find unnecessary if they prefer a cleaner, compact design. Logitech currently doesn’t offer a full-size version of this exact keyboard without the rest, but many of their other models (like the K780 or K740) skip the molded wrist support while keeping a similar layout. If you’re after a sleeker look, those might be closer to what you want.
