I have a monitor with a USB-C hub, which I connect to my MacBook Air. I then put the Logitech USB dongle into the open USB port on my monitor. This allows me to switch back and forth between PC and Mac by simply moving the USB-C cable.

If you are having issues locating the receiver, make sure to check in the battery compartments in both the mouse and keyboard. If you have found the receiver, but your MacBook Air doesn't have a standard USB port, you will need a USB-C to USB-A adapter. - Maggie from Logitech
