• There are options in the Logitech Options apps. I personally don't use it because it's going to be a struggle to find a replacement keyboard in the future.

• Using the free Logitech Options software you can customize basic shortcuts, like copy/paste, but not full macros unfortunately. In the same price range, I would look at the Logitech G613 keyboard, which does have full macro customization through our free Logitech GHub software.
