Is there a left handed mouse version of this combo? null

I don't believe so since left-handed mice are scarce; but this is a logitec with the unifying receiver. If you already have a logitec left-handed mouse, or if you buy one, it is very easy to pair a new mouse/keyboard with the receiver and fit your needs. I use a trackball instead of a mouse and that is what I did to switch from the mouse included to the one I use.
