Why do the keys on my keyboard just stop randomly? I already called support and they didn't do anything but say, "Now that it's working, you should be fine". I haven't paired the mouse. Also it randomly will type one letter 35 times without me touching it null

Try changing the batteries low batteries can have that affect, change mine every 6 months whether there low or not, and make sure u are using name brand the cheap off brand batteries sometimes loose connections and messes with the connection on the chip software in the key board

You might have a sticky key . Use compressed air amd blow it out.
